We love a destination wedding, and Hayley and Evan’s Mexico beach wedding was absolutely stunning! The couple said “I do” at the El Dorado Royale Resort, a luxury beach resort in Riviera Maya peppered with arching palm trees, bright white sand, and overwater bungalows. Hayley and Evan kicked off the celebration with a welcome pool party for their guests--scroll to the end for photos!

Hayley and her bridesmaids got ready within the beautiful resort wearing matching getting ready robes--we especially like Hayley’s personalized bridal robe with her new last name on it! Local hair and makeup artist Memorable Moments Bridal Floor made each gal look bright and beach ready with effortless bridal updos.

One of the top bridal trends right now is two-in-one wedding dresses, and we were able to customize Hayley’s designer wedding dress to create two looks in one. She fell in love with our Aurora Maya Beaded gown, a lovely tulle ball gown wedding dress with dainty spaghetti straps and a beaded lace bodice from our Heidi Elnora collection.

Hayley had a unique request for our design team to make the tulle skirt of her wedding dress removable, revealing a fitted wedding dress underneath. We loved this concept, and we redesigned the skirt to be that of our Coco Marie trumpet wedding dress. After her wedding ceremony and photos, Hayley could easily slip out of the ball gown skirt to show off a figure-flattering wedding dress perfect for dancing at the reception! For our team at Heidi Elnora Atelier, customizing means making each dress perfect for each bride--we had so much fun transforming our existing design into something perfect for Hayley’s wedding vision.

Personalization is so important to Hayley, and it shows in every detail of her wedding. Both she and groom Evan honored late family members by incorporating framed mini photos in their respective bridal bouquet and boutonniere. Even Hayley’s bridesmaids personalized their bridesmaids looks by wearing pale green convertible bridesmaids dresses that can be worn in 15 different ways, allowing each gal to rock a bridesmaid style that embraced her unique style. The fresh bridal bouquets in shades of cream and blush with organic green accents complemented the soft green bridesmaids dresses perfectly.

After a gorgeous wedding ceremony with ocean views and wedding photos on the beach, Hayley entered the wedding reception in her newly transformed trumpet wedding dress. The grand floral centerpieces by El Dorado and wooden X-back chairs accentuated the natural beauty of the beach venue, and the brightly colored maracas with the couple’s initials were the perfect accent! The most loved part of the reception was the mariachi band that serenaded the guests throughout the evening, and the wedding cake with tropical flowers in bold shades of pink and orange made for a lovely centerpiece. From the welcome pool party to the final moments of the reception, wedding photographer Brooke Glassford with Colorbox captured this destination wedding with care and authenticity.
