What are my wedding dress options?

As a fashion house, our design options are limitless. Beyond the vast selection of wedding dresses you will find on our website, all of our gowns can be mix and matched, combined, and embellished to create a one-of-a-kind wedding dress for any budget. We also offer couture wedding dress design for brides looking for an unparalleled luxury experience.

Our team is skilled in working with heirloom wedding dresses, and we regularly work with brides to skillfully incorporate elements from their mother or grandmother’s wedding dress into their gown. We also offer full heirloom wedding dress reconstruction and heirloom wedding dress recreation.

What is the price range of Heidi Elnora wedding dresses?

Your wedding dress is the most special and treasured garment you will ever wear, and we understand that it is an investment. Most of our wedding dresses range in price from $4,500 - $10,000. Customization options are priced “a la carte” so that you can make a clear decision based on your style and budget. We always aim to be respectful of your budget, and we are confident we will find an amazing wedding dress at a price point that is comfortable for you.

When can I expect my dress to be done?

We want to be sure your wedding dress is perfect down to every detail, so our gowns take anywhere from 6-8 months to be made. More customized wedding dresses can take anywhere from 6-10 months.

Working with a shorter timeline? We can help! Because we manage our own production, we have flexibility other bridal shops don’t have. Rush fees are available based on your timeline.

When my dress arrives, will it fit me?

All of our dresses are made to our size chart instead of to your specific measurements. You will more than likely still need alterations on your wedding dress, which will be an additional cost. We offer the option of split sizing, custom sizing, or petite sizing for an extra fee, which can result in a better fit based off the client’s proportions.

Do you do alterations?

While we used to do all of our alterations in house, we have been blessed with a lot of brides. We now outsource all of our alterations locally, and our brides will select the alterations vendor of their choice.

Where can I get my dress cleaned and preserved?

We give all of our brides a gift card to J. Scheer & Co to have your gown cleaned and preserved after the wedding. There are also a number of local vendors that can clean your wedding dress in Birmingham.

Do you have any other dresses besides wedding gowns?

Yes! In addition to our Heidi Elnora Atelier wedding dresses, we also carry bridal separates, bridal accessories such as wedding veils and bridal jewelry, flower girl dresses, short wedding dresses, and occasion dresses, which make for great mother of the bride dresses.

If I didn’t purchase a veil in my appointment, can I still do that?

Yes, you can still purchase a wedding veil, wedding jewelry, or bridal accessories after your appointment. Our lead time for veils and accessories is around 3 to 4 weeks. Click here to request an accessory appointment.
