The bridal party got ready at Nicole Roby Design Studio, wearing matching light blue, silk, bridesmaid short sets. Local hair and makeup artist, Glow - Katie Kimbrell, styled the bridesmaids’ hair and makeup as well as Cella’s low bridal bun and natural bridal makeup. Cella’s gown perfectly combined a timeless wedding dress look with unique details personalized to her style–exactly what we are known for at Heidi Elnora Atelier. Cella selected our Summer Whales wedding gown, a fit-to-flare wedding dress, which is set off by its pearl details at the V-neck wedding dress bodice. This dress was the perfect wedding dress shape for Cella’s petite frame. The personalized details transformed a classic wedding dress into a custom bridal look. Cella wore an heirloom wedding veil of Belgium lace bringing in the “something old” into the timeless wedding traditions. The modern, one-shoulder bridesmaid dresses in a soft pink color were styled perfectly by Bella Bridesmaids .

The wedding ceremony was held at a Independent Presbyterian church, where the couple exchanged vows in a traditional wedding ceremony. After the ceremony, the guest where invited to enjoy a wild time at The Birmingham Zoo . Surrounded with a playful atmosphere, the reception was brought to life with music by wedding band Flashbacks show band and wedding catering by The Birmingham Zoo. The florals by Lisa Bailey carried elegantly throughout the day, from the minimalist wedding bouquets to the reception.
