Jessica and Blake’s wedding was a boho dream--we are still inspired thinking about this day! Every detail of their Fairhope, AL wedding felt creatively thought out and perfectly fitting for this unique couple. Alabama wedding photographer Milestone Studios captured it all--from the intimate wedding ceremony to the festive Mobile Second Line.

Jessica worked with our designers to build a completely custom wedding dress to fit her free-spirited, bohemian style. We started with our Coco Marie classic trumpet wedding dress, then redesigned the bodice to a nude illusion tulle bodice, where we hand-sewed 3-D floral appliques from our stunning Santa Rosa lace overlay. For an extra detail to this designer wedding dress, we hand-placed the lace appliques to gently flow down the hips and perfectly flatter Jessica’s figure.

Jessica further elevated her bridal look with a pair of handmade statement floral bride earrings by Twigs and Honey (one of our favorite bridal jewelry brands!) that brought her lace wedding dress to life. She completed her designer gown by wearing an heirloom necklace that has been worn by brides in her family since the Civil War era.

The bridal party hair was done by local hairstylist Katie Ray, and the wedding makeup was done by popular makeup artist Makeup by Meggan Cosmetics, who is based in Metairie, LA. We love the rich jewel tone bridesmaid dresses. To contrast the ladies’ luxurious terracotta velvet bridesmaid dresses, the groomsmen wore rich blue suits accented with champagne-colored ties.

This boho wedding color scheme tied in beautifully with the wedding flowers by Fleur Zoe Florals. The fall wedding colors, which incorporated dramatic leaves and natural grasses, fit the coastal vibe of Little Point Clear, the charming southern wedding venue. Our favorite designer touch from the day was the gorgeous rattan chairs by Seashell Michelle Shop; they are fit for a boho king and queen! The tables were adorned with cute photos of the couple throughout their relationship. The unique wedding cake by Sugar House Fairhope made a dramatic impact--we adore the gold leaf detail and spray of feathers coming out of the top! Lastly, the wedding catering was done by Chef Will Hughes, a Fairhope-based private chef and caterer.
